Can you recommend any tools, libraries, etc, to people who are just starting out making Flash games? Are you using Flex, CS4, or something else? Are you using any ActionScript libraries to do common tasks like collision detection, constructing menus, or anything like that?

Any advice for the newbie developer would be most appreciated!
