I think that a lot of people have discussed this, it would be fantastic with a naval battle possibly ww2 planes, landing planes, ammo restriction & a cumulative bomb amount. so if you start with 2 and don't use them they are added on to your next total along with your ammo. Dying and starting from the start would kick ass as well. Also if when a bomber explodes and is near both you and the enemy it would affect them both.

or they can make a new game like a different game called like dogfight remix or something because i dont want dogfight to change a lot i just want them to like have more planes simple stuff making a new game would be better having like a remix of dogfight with more stuff and ect

Ok i get what your saying, but what about, a WW2 dogfight. With like spitfires and Messerschmidt's, with a german and allied campaign. Or maybe the ability to ugrade your plane with new machine guns and new engines or armor.

like the taking of poland if you kill a normal plane lets say you get 5 flying skill ace - 10 flying skill and a boss/zeppelin thing 20

at the end of every 5 levels you get the chance to upgrade you plane (better machine guns) for a certain amount of flying skill points. Also, instead of upgrading you can buy new planes and keep them in a hangar

WW2 dogfight is a must. Like braeden said Spitfires and Messerschmidts or go for the Yanks and the Japs. Keep it simple though and don't try and complicate it too much cuz its a winning format as it is.

I can't load the ww1 dog fight games. Just the rock solid arcade logo comes up with the sites sound. On the bottom of the screen it lists the keyboard uses for movement and shooting but the game never loads. Any ideas??

But then this means that dogfight 4 would be with you on the german's side, then dogfight 5 would and should be like modern dogfighting, like jets and stuff, now that would be pretty fun

Great game, Dogfight 2 is way better than dogfight 1. Any chance you could include enemy aces armed with bombs in Dogfight 3 ? This may make the game even more challenging.

First, WWII planes like supermarine Spitfire, Hawker Huricanne, P-40,P-51, P-47s, mosquitoes, Hawker Tempest. All to choose from from your won hanger. How about friendly aces. Also you can fly your own bomber like B-17, B-24, B-29, B-26 and other british bombers like the lancaster. Also add different German planes like the Focke-Wulf 190, Bf109, Bf110, the rocket powered Bf163, the first jet fighter, the Me262 and lots of AA guns. Also add naval warfare like attacking and bombing battleships. Ju52 transports so you can shoot down the parachutes. Base missons on real WWII experiences with people like Robin Olds, the Tuskegee Airmen and the flying tigers. Also the V-1 Flying bomb. Bomb cities. Scrapping runs. Spying, and bombing tanks or infantry during battles like the invasion of Normandy. New weapons like rockets, turrets, tail gunners. Also playing in different campagains like the European Campagian, the African Campagian, the Pacific War. Different modes like scaled ammo limited bombs or umlimited ammo and a little more bombs and rockets. More escort missions with transports, bombers and reconnaconasince planes. Upgrades which is just buying the next varient of the plane. And when you parachute, if you land in hostile territory it becomes a action game and try to escape LOL :)

If Dogfight 6 comes out it should be set in the future... like a WWIII kinda thing.

I think in dogfight 3 there should be either WWI, WWII or WWIII. I think this time people can choose which side they want to be on. Maybe you can choose the plane people want to be in. Or maybe people can choose between WWI, WWII and WWIII.

I Agree With this Statement and I woudn't want a DF3 that I couldn't understand.
Bottom Line One: I want to be able to understand the rules and scoring system. (via scoring explanation in the instructions?)

Howevewr, novelty levels would be an excellent way to encoporate some of these great ideas other people have mentioned. They could be unlocked like, every 5 levels, or whatever.
If this is impossible, then RockSolid could consider (after DF3 comes out:).(we want that most)) Making a sepperate 'Dogfight Novelty Pack' game that incoperates these ecellent features.

Finnally, I Think that WW1 makes an excellent theme, and WW2 would be acceptable, But pleeease don't make a modern theme. The Fun of dogfight, (for me), is having to get behind the enemy and shoot, Not point your plane in the general direction and shoot a gaurunteed hit missle.
