Hi, I have the most up to date flash player and shockwave player (if it's also needed).

Problem is i'm shooting, using the mouse (and I know my mouse isn't broken.. checked that already) and the guns get stuck and wont stop shooting... the other thing that will happen is that I try to move, and sometimes my char just keeps moving in the same direction and wont stop.

Are you having any popups come up over the game window? It sounds like focus is being stolen and the input stopped events are never reaching the game.

If this happens (it should be very rare, but it sounds like it's not in your case!), you click or hit the buttons, they will unfreeze.

I don't have any pop ups as far as I know, and if they're pop up that comes from your site... well it wouldn't "well timed" sort of speak... :)

I did try to push the keyboard buttons... doesn't help much

And I've payed them to buy the rights to have the higher level... you'd think they'd be able to have a solution for me...

What browser/operating system are you using? I'll see if I can reproduce the problem. The focus is definitely being stolen from the Flash player. Do you have any other programs running that are popping up? It doesn't necessarily have to be in the browser.

If you hit the buttons again, do they unfreeze? Also, when you say you have latest flash player, do you mean Flash 10, or Flash 10.0.22.87?

Hopefully we can reproduce this problem here and get you a fix!

it happens on both IE and Firefox (both latest versions). I have all Windows updates done... for flash well it's the latest one available from adobe's website.

When it starts to freeze, the fire sequence and movement continue where ever it was pointed to go.... and pressing buttons doesn't stop it. It decides to stop a few seconds after or just doesn't stop.

I've made sure to try the game without anything else running in the background... no difference that I can notice.

The only conclusion to this dilemma, after speaking to some technicians I know is that the game most likely what they refer to as "a memory leak" or is simply a flash game that is a "memory hog".

The thing is I've played alot of flash games on my computer and yours is the only one I have problems with for freezing and such.

I am getting the same issue which is very frustrating. However, when playing the game via Armor Games website this issue NEVER happens and i have been able to complete it via the AG website. as the expansion pack isn't featured there i have started the game here, but because of the sticking movement and shooting i am at the point of giving up!!

any ideas?
