Hi, first I want to thank you for this great game.

But I am quite frustrated has I don't see anywhere some kind of manual for the game, specially for the various items, for example the "cash sensor" and the "rare weapon sensor", how do they work?

Same question for the differents weapons.

They increase the chance that cash or a rare weapon will be dropped when you destroy supply crates etc.
You can stack these items, so you may have two cash sensors to boost the chance of a drop even higher then using just one.
